Richmond, Virginia has leveled up to be one of the world's best cities to live and invest in. Our thriving music, food and art scenes, combined with countless outdoor attractions, classic and modern architecture, a diverse international population and creatives of all styles make for a destination like no other.
When Joe started in this business there were very few investors from outside of the area when he noticed a stable, but rapid increase from Northern VA where the cost to live is upwards of 2x or more and only 100 miles away. Word continued to travel and during the past 5 years he's seen investors, buyers, flippers, and larger entities enter this market from the west coast to Chicago, New York, Europe, Asia and beyond.
The future is bright with billions in development and corporate growth on the horizon.
Even during the turmoil of 2020+'21 RVA has proven its resilience and promise for years ahead.
